The smoothness of this vodka ensures it can be used in a wide range of drinks and cocktails. We particularly love it in a Mule. Pour 50ml of vodka and 15ml of lime juice into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 – 20 seconds. Strain into a copper mule mug and fill with crushed ice. Top up with ginger beer (we like Double Dutch’s), and garnish with a sprig of mint.
